Logitech S220 2.1 Speaker System

The Logitech s220 2.1 speaker's sound quality is actually quite impressive for the price point.  As with any mid to low end speaker systems, if you push the volume limit you will notice distorted output.  The speakers are each rated at 4 watts while the subwoofer is rated at 8 watts. The speakers themselves look spiffy weighing in at a compact 5.9 pounds. 

From a useability standpoint, there is a dedicated control pod that has a volume control dial on top for easy access.  The control pod also has an on/off switch and 3.5mm minijack wires for plugging in to your audio source.  The subwoofer's bass adjustment is located on the back so it is sort of a set it and forget it setting. We wish the speaker wires were a bit longer for more freedom of placement but hey, we can't have everything.

So in summary, if you keep the sound volume at a reasonable level, you are getting quality sound in a very small package and for a decent price.  Overall, we give the Logitech s220 2.1 speaker system a 4.5 out of 5 rating.
